Unashamed Ministries is a nonprofit organization based in the Lancaster County, PA area, existing to be the hands and feet of Jesus in providing donations, encouragement, and support for those in desperate need.

The desire to know God and to make Him known is immense within the lives of Patrick and Leanne Buckner. There is a passion and an awakening deep within their hearts to actively live out what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ and to show the community the love of The Savior. Outreach opportunities and vision keep being poured out from the Holy Spirit on both Patrick and Leanne in order to accomplish one ultimate goal which is to point all people in the direction of who God is through living out an everlasting faith, and doing outreach for His Kingdom. For His glory.

Patrick is a South Jersey native who has been serving as an associate pastor in a church network in the southern end of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania since 2019. Patrick is currently attending Wesley Biblical Seminary where he will receive his Master of Divinity in Spring of 2025, and he would like to pursue more of a teaching/preaching avenue, combined with pastoral counseling. He is also a Christian singer/songwriter/worship pastor, and has had a music ministry called "Patrick Michael Unashamed", which stems from the verse in Romans that says, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek." One of the most prominent truths on Patrick's heart is that the Lord can meet anyone anywhere at anytime and he has seen that in worship, prayer, and outreach. Patrick is excited to see how the Lord will direct Unashamed Ministries, and is thrilled to form relationships along the way.

Leanne is originally from New Holland, Pennsylvania and she has numerous years experience in piecing together mission and outreach opportunities for the surrounding community. She applies her gift of graphic design for fliers and social media posts from her time working at the American Cancer Society in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Leanne's heart is for mission and for being the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurt and the broken. She is passionate about seeing people come together in unity all for the Kingdom of God to be furthered and for the ones He calls to be sent out. Leanne is truly the backbone and visionary for Unashamed Ministries, as she thoroughly enjoys connecting and networking with organizations all for the cause of "Kingdom Building." 

 

Patrick and Leanne were married on August 28, 2021, and enjoy witnessing the move of the Lord in the very center of their relationship. They have walked through mountain top experiences, and more recently, are walking through the depths of a dark valley in the loss of their first born son, Caden. In the middle of excruciating circumstance, Leanne and Patrick are proceeding to follow the Lord as "Caden's Corner" takes shape. Caden's Corner is devoted first to God, then to Caden's remembrance.
